Lord, I lift up this person, who is going through a hard time.
You see what they're carrying: the pressure, the worry, the weight that won't lift.
Give this person strength for today. Bring help from unexpected places. Send the right people at the right time.
Where they feel hopeless, give hope. Where they feel stuck, show the next step.
And show me how I can help carry some of this, even in a small way.
Amen.
